It always gives our team a boost when we hear from members for whom Liberty HealthShare is making a real difference. Deborah R. from Arkansas recently contacted us to share her family’s story:
We became members over 2 years ago. When a customer came into my store and told me about Liberty HealthShare, I decided to look into it. I liked everything I read and decided it was for us.
Then in late June, my husband began to have a lot of pain. This was unusual because, as far as we knew, he was completely healthy. Long story short, we went to the emergency room and found he had several issues that, taken together, ultimately meant he needed a quadruple bypass. If we hadn’t been Liberty HealthShare members; if we hadn’t had the ease of dealing with them throughout my husband’s illness and treatment, I don’t know what we would have done. Everything about this process has been and continues to be straightforward. It’s an extra burden when you don’t understand the statements you receive, but Liberty HealthShare’s EOS statements are clear and concise, reflecting the same numbers we see on our medical bills.
Now every time I get a statement from the hospital showing all the costs and a balance due of "$0.00”, I cry. I tell everyone about Liberty and I ask them not to mention me as a referring member because I do not want the reward money. We have received our reward. Liberty HealthShare is precious, and we need to do everything we can to preserve it. If we are members for 30 more years, I don’t think we will ever be able to repay what Liberty has done for us!
